2022 Youth of the Year Community Celebration to be Held Feb 4
The 2022 Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County (BGCTC) Youth of the Year will be named Friday, February 4 at 7:00 pm. This year’s community celebration will be held at the Rajinder S. Manhas Activity Center (RMAC) Branch of BGCTC. This celebration will honor some of the most inspiring Club teens in Thurston County. The evening’s program will feature local youth nominees sharing personal stories about how the Club experience shaped their journey of personal growth and helped foster their dreams for the future. The event is free and open to the community; however, registration is encouraged.

The night culminates with one teen named the 2022 Thurston County Youth of the Year. The local awardee advances to the Washington state Youth of the Year and possible regional and national competitions, with scholarships awarded at various levels of advancement.
