Olympia Federal Savings Honored as One of BGCTC’s First Sustaining Partners
Longtime supporter, Olympia Federal Savings (OlyFed), has committed to be one of Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County’s first Sustaining Partners. The Sustaining Partner sponsorship program launched to connect and leverage partnerships with corporations and organizations with a passion for creating brighter futures for local kids and teens. With a $25,000 annual commitment, Sustaining Partners provide foundational, year-round support for and youth, teens and families who benefit from the programs and services offered at the Clubs.
“Offering a Sustaining Partnership to long-standing local businesses allows Olympia Federal Savings to make a year-long investment in our programs, our staff and most importantly, Club kids,” said BGCTC CEO, Chris Woods. “In return, Oly Fed’s visibility increases as an event sponsor throughout the year, leverages volunteer engagement with their staff and promotes the important work Oly Fed is doing in our community through its commitment to the children in Thurston County.”
“Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County are serving youth in every community and we believe it’s important that we partner with them in this very important investment in our kids and our future,” said Ryan Betz, OlyFed VP Marketing and Public Relations. “This past 18 months, the organization remained fully-operational and committed to local families in the midst of the pandemic to ensure our area youth continued to receive academic assistance, caring leadership support and access to high-quality enrichment programs and activities for their social, emotional and physical health.”
Joining OlyFed as Sustaining Partners are longtime supporters the Stars Foundation of Thurston County and the Bruno & Evelyne Betti Foundation. Sustaining Partners are some of the most engaged supporters and work each day alongside our organization to achieve our Mission to inspire and enable youth to realize their greatness.
