Inspiring & Enabling Youth to Realize Their Greatness!

With help from local business leaders, committed community members, passionate volunteers and staff, Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County will continue to provide excellent programs to youth.

Our Clubs provide a wealth of programs and activities to prepare young people for real-world success. We believe that by focusing on Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship and Healthy Lifestyles the children we serve will be better prepared to graduate from high school, go on to college, and thrive as adults.

Our innovative programs are designed to empower youth to excel in school, become good citizens and lead healthy, productive lives. As such, we are proud to provide support year-round, including before and after school programs, summer day camp, teen jobs and so much more.

Winter Weather Policy

The safety of Club members, their families, and our staff is our top priority. When the Club’s respective School District is closed due to poor weather conditions, Boys & Girls Clubs will also close before and after-school programs. When schools release youth early due to inclement weather, Clubs will also close.

If school is in session and the weather worsens during the day, decisions to remain open or not are made by Club leadership and are dependent on the specific weather conditions in and around each community.
